PALM SPRINGS VETERANS DAY PARADE

For over a decade, the City of Palm Springs has been officially designated as a Regional Site for the observance of Veterans Day by Veterans Day National Committee of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Palm Springs Veterans Day Parade has been one of approximately sixty events selected nationwide to receive this honor. This parade is one of the largest in Southern California and is supported by military units, marching bands, veterans’ organizations and much more. Join us as we pay tribute to all our veterans for their service in the Armed Forces as we “Honor All Who Served”.

The parade was created by a small group of community minded individuals who believed it important to offer the Coachella Valley an event that would allow residents and visitors to honor and pay tribute to all those who have served our country in the Armed Forces. The parade has grown over its twenty-six-year history and the City of Palm Springs has received national recognition.  The City of Palm Springs is proud to pay tribute to the “Great American Veteran” each year with our parade as we respect, honor, and appreciate all those who served in the Armed Forces.
